Who we are

AquaPro Detailingis a mobile car detailing service operating in the San Francisco Bay Area. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to AquaPro Detailing. You can reach us at info@aquaprodetailing.com.

Information we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us through our quote request form. That form asks for:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number (optional)
• The city where you would like the service performed
• The service or package you are interested in
• Your vehicle type (optional)
• Any add-on services you select
• Any additional message you write

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, payment card numbers, bank details, government identification numbers, or any other sensitive personal information through this website.

How we use your information

We use the information you submit only to:

• Prepare and send you a quote for the service you requested
• Contact you about scheduling, confirming or performing that service
• Respond to questions you have asked us
• Keep a record of requests so we can recognise returning customers

We do not use your information for automated advertising profiles, and we do not send marketing email unless you have asked us to.

Where your information is stored

Quote requests submitted through this website are transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored in a private Google Sheets spreadsheet within Google Workspace, which acts as our service provider for this purpose. Access is limited to AquaPro Detailingpersonnel who need it to respond to your request. Google’s handling of that data is governed by its own privacy terms.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We share it only with the service provider described above, and where we are legally required to do so — for example in response to a valid legal process.

Cookies and site data

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It stores a single preference in your browser’s local storage, named theme, which remembers whether you chose light or dark appearance. That value never leaves your device and is not sent to us. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.

Our web server keeps standard access logs, which may include your IP address, browser type and the pages you requested. These are used for security and troubleshooting.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests for as long as needed to serve you and to maintain ordinary business records. If you would like your information removed sooner, email us and we will delete it, unless we are required to retain it by law.

Your rights in California

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you the right to:

• Know what personal information we have collected about you
• Request that we delete it
• Request that we correct inaccurate information
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information — noting that we do not sell or share it
• Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights

To make a request, email info@aquaprodetailing.com from the address you used to contact us, so we can verify the request. We will respond within the time required by law.

Children

This website is intended for adults arranging vehicle services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and revise the date shown above.
